About the role

This position aims to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

What you\'ll do

  • Manage small to large-scale capital improvement projects related to renovations, HVAC, roofing, paving, lighting, etc., for the client\'s national portfolio of buildings.
  • Lead the rollout of new facilities programs.
  • Create submissions for CAPEX applications.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local leaders and contractors.
  • Enforce protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with the client\'s company standards.
  • Ensure a strong level of responsiveness to urgent and emergency project requests.
  • Manage internal and external relationships supporting the client\'s Centralized Facilities Management program.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with contractors and/or stakeholders to review status updates and collaborate to develop solutions.
  • Stay up to date on new capabilities and changes to our CMMS software (ServiceChannel)
  • Gauge relationships accordingly by considering the variety of the interrelationships and goals of the Facilities Management team members and organizations served.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically to overcome short-term gaps necessary to meet long-term goals.
What you\'ll need
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • 3+ years of Facilities or Project Management experience.
  • CMMS software experience preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate\'s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager position is $94,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate\'s skills, qualifications, and experience.
