SunPlus Data Group is seeking a Project Manager (Part-Time) to work for a State Government facility in Atlanta, GA. This is for 12 months to start and is likely to extend Hours are generally M-F, 40 hrs/week - PART TIME Pay is $85/hr W2 hourly or $94/hr 1099 (CTC) JOB#708060 **(THIS POSITION IS 100% REMOTE CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO COME IN PERSON TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT, MANDATORY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS) ** It usually takes the State Government about 1-3 weeks to start interviews, to make you aware of the timeframe. The first interview will usually be via phone or WebEx. JOB SUMMARY: The State of WI seeks a Project Manager with documented experience. The Project Manager will
- Manage Technology and Innovation Grant (TIG) projects from requirements development to implementation.
- Develop key project management templates, including project charter, project management plan, change management plan, project schedule, stakeholder engagement plan, communication management plan, and conduct lessons learned meetings to implement additional best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the SNP Director, Operations Supervisor, Systems Analyst, other key team members, and the software vendor to fully test system updates prior to implementation and roll out.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule .
- Possess experience in managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Work with customers to understand the overall objectives and how the project or initiative correlates with business goals and strategies.
