Title: Project Manager, New Product Launch

Company Description: Award Winning Clean Beauty Brand \xe2\x80\x93 Cosmetics

Duration: 6 months with the potential to convert to a permanent position

Location Requirement: This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be able to work in-office up to 3x per week.

Hourly rate: $50-$55 per hour

Hourly rate is an estimated range provided by JBC and is commensurate with experience.

Our client, a fast-growing and award-winning clean beauty brand is seeking to partner with a collaborative and detail-oriented Project Manager for New Product Launch who will plan and track the entire lifecycle of product. The Project Manager who moves into this role must have Beauty industry experience and experience managing product projects from concept to launch. This is a highly cross-functional role and the ideal position for a self-starter who has strong initiative and exceptional management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed project plans outlining dependencies, owners, deadlines, and durations
• Oversee all product projects \xe2\x80\x93 this includes new product launches, samples, and PR product
• Champion projects, define department workflows, provide recommendations for process improvements, ensure projects are completed on time, and partner with the team to ensure projects are within budget
• Build out project dashboards, Gantt charts, and other visuals that effectively communicate information to stakeholders
• Ensure project statuses are communicated to internal and external stakeholders, manage priorities, and culminate consensus of priority rankings
• Lead and schedule project meetings, identify action items and stakeholder responsibilities and follow up; develop and share clear recaps

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• 3-5 years of project management experience in the beauty industry, DTC brand, and experience working with Sephora brands
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Word, Excel, GSuite apps, and Slack
