Overview: Our client, an international trade show provider in Franklin Lakes, NJ, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.
The position will be working as a Project Coordinator, responsible for customer interaction with the design, build, setup and dismantling of booths within the Trade Show Industry. Primary responsibilities will be to plan, collect, communicate and translate customer information into specific Trade Show booth constructions and show exhibits. Ideal candidate will be excellent at taking and communicating directions and processes, necessary when preparing supporting documentation and paperwork. Focus on completeness and accuracy is critical. Previous experience of an entire construction process from concept to build, an ability to quickly and efficiently document and communicate design changes and a familiarity with shop assembly, trailer packaging, re-assembly and breakdown are key attributes. Qualifications:
Highly detail oriented and customer focused
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand mechanical or construction discussions
Comfortable working with office professionals and construction labor
Excellent time management skills
Function well under pressure with minimal supervision
Experience with Photoshop and Microsoft Suite
