What You'll Do

As a

Project Coordinator

, you will support our

Project Managers and Estimators

to ensure each project meets timelines, budget, quality, and documentation standards. Responsibilities include:

Assist with all phases of project coordination Obtain necessary permits for projects Review drawings/specifications to ensure full project understanding Support bid evaluations, scope reviews, and subcontractor buyouts Manage submittal logs and track approvals from designers Review and track subcontractor compliance (contracts, insurance, etc.) Follow up on missing documents and escalate issues as needed Distribute and monitor completion of project punch lists Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree

(Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field preferred)

2+ years of relevant experience

in construction or project coordination Ability to

multi-task

and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with

Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

Experience in roadway lighting & traffic signal projects is a plus, but not required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
