Project Coordinator
Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our telecommunications projects across the region. This role will interact cross functionally with Engineers, Leads, and Construction Managers, and Program/Project Managers--ensuring fiber construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities

• Get status updates from cross functional partners performing work.
• Escalate to SPM for any roadblocks to accurate project reporting.
• Track progress of multiple projects for regular readouts to SPM.
• Pull data from GFiber data tracking tools and organize

Qualifications

• Ability to utilize tracking software to track project status.

• Google Sheets (intermediate level user - pivot table experience a plus).
• Smartsheets (preferred)
• Can create slide decks utilizing Google Slides.
• Can collate data into usable format.
• Basic understanding of outside plant.
• Basic familiarity with inside plant.
• Understanding of the plant locate process.
• Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs.
• Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing.
• Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands.
• Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day

Work Environment

• This position will require you to come into the office a minimum of three (3) days a week, between Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
