Job Description
Overview:
VTG is seeking a Program or Systems Analyst in Washington, DC to develop and maintain C5ISR Baselines of assigned ship class in Government Sponsored Database (AMPS). The Systems Analyst will assist in identifying issues with installed and proposed systems and development and implementation of corrective actions. Position is onsite 3 days/week, 2 days telework as long as customer approves.

- Develop and maintain records within a Government database.
- Assist in identifying issues with installed and proposed systems and development and implementation of corrective actions.
- Provide accurate Warfare Systems baseline packages for WS Certification purposes and update those packages when required.
- Identify and help resolve issues with and between systems.
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years experience with operation/maintenance of shipboard Combat Systems for the Navy.
- Experience with analyzing problems and developing solutions.
- Experienced with utilizing databases for research.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- BS Degree, technical schools, and/or certifications.
- Prior active-duty U.S. Naval service with shipboard Combat Systems experience.
