Key Responsibilities:
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project and program plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Coordinate and manage multiple interdependent projects within a program.
Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
Monitor and track program progress and proactively address issues or risks.
Communicate program status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Implement and refine best practices in project/program management.
