has an opportunity for a

Program Manager (PM) of Training

for our

Early Intervention (EI) department.

This position will provide training and guidance for the new EI employee onboarding process as well as the employee off-boarding process. The PM of Training will support and lead effective teams while ensuring delivery of quality EI services to eligible families.


This role offers a 4-day, 40-hour workweek, Monday-Thursday, and includes the flexibility to work remotely, as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and/or at off-site locations.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in human services field Four (4) years' experience in early intervention, developmental disabilities and/or special education Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance Ability to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years

Upon request, qualifying need, and approval, driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.

Preferred

Two (2) years' supervisory experience Knowledge of rules and regulations for the Division of Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment

Additional Responsibilities

Direct the activities of the Service Coordinators who perform daily case management functions and IFSP Development; provides clear objectives and support as needed Assure compliance with agency policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulatory guidelines Handle staff disciplinary issues (in consultation with Director and Associate Director and HR as needed); document as appropriate Review and assure quality and accuracy of documents related to individuals we serve Monitor workloads to assure that performance requirements are met and workloads are balanced Review allocations to determine the appropriate level of funding for each client Assure completion of employment-related information and case management-related documentation Maintain all appropriate tracking related to providing services to individuals Provide technical support and direction to assure case management services are delivered, due process is followed and confidentiality is maintained Provide needed level of support to all supervised staff in various circumstances/settings to include emergency and crisis situations Monitor performance of all supervised staff; conduct performance evaluations Provide service coordination services as needed
