The PGA Program Manager is primarily responsible for managing our partnership with the PGA tour, our flagship golf tournament The Barracuda Championship, and all internal and external programs associated with our sponsorship. This includes the event itself as well as the deliverables and outcomes, along with the other activities and benefits associated with our overall PGA program; uncovering and creating opportunities that enable us to make the most of the relationship. As part of your role, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to manage all deliverables in conjunction with our sponsorships and annual Customer Executive Summit and hospitality events associated with our title sponsorship of this PGA Tour event. You will also provide events team support as needed for off-season events, sponsorships, and tradeshows. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, project management / organizational, and problem-solving skills.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working on

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Barracuda\xe2\x80\x99s PGA sponsorship program, including internal stakeholders, executives, and external contacts.
  • Managing all title sponsorship deliverables including program logistics, PR, television and digital ads, creative assets, tickets & memberships, and supporting programs
  • Manage efforts in coordinating our annual Customer Executive Summit & Hospitality events which take place during the Barracuda Championship, ensuring cross-functional internal alignment.
  • Proactively engage contacts across PGA to leverage and maximize our opportunities and ROI from this program & investment.
  • Develop and maintain event management documents including the project plan and objectives, master timeline, budget and planning decks.
  • Ensure accurate processing, distribution, and follow-up of event leads and distribution to sales.
  • Travel to and support onsite execution of key events
What you bring to the role
  • 7+ years of program management and events experience, including executive interface
  • Strong communication and writing skills with high attention to detail
  • Creativity and innovation, with the ability to adjust changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once
  • Self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines

Campbell, CA only. The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $104,000-120,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual\'s skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws. #LI-Hybrid
