The Opportunity

Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring a Program Manager, Emerging Talent to join our Human Resources team in Buffalo, New York. As an Emerging Talent Program Mana ger, you will be re sponsible for daily program management and developing enterprise-wide early talent programs.

This position requires the ability to drive into the Delaware North Headquarters in Buffalo, NY with some overnight stays if outside of the Buffalo area.

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $70700 - $93700 / year

Responsibilities
  • Execute the running of onsite and virtual early talent orientation and onboarding
  • Manage a mbassador program to sustain attraction and mentoring approaches for our internal and external emerging talent champion s
  • D evelop the early talent experience to grow early talent to meet business need s of the company wide strategic goals
  • Oversee communication and partnership with internal and external early talent stakeholders, managers, and early talent
  • Build the early talent Delaware North community for engagement , inclusion , and belonging
  • Develop and train managers and a mbassadors to provide optimal early talent experiences
  • Assist in the development of conversion processes and programs to build early talent pipelines
  • Manage relationships and logistics with external apprentice partners and mentors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s d egree required , preferably in o rganizational d evelopment, h uman r esources, Communications or similar field; MBA or master s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in an o rganizational d evelopment, t raining, or l earning and d evelopment role.
  • Program dev elopment and program management experience is required.
  • Deep knowledge of early adult learning theory, e-learning technologies, tools, and instructional design skills.
  • Strong awareness of emerging talent population requred.
  • V irtual and in-person training, coaching, and facilitation skills required.
  • E xperience in identifying and recommending enterprise-wide learning and development programs and solutions.
  • Ability to effectively manage large scale enterprise-wide programs and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficient with systems such as iCMS , Teams, SharePoint, Saba, Workday, Microsoft Office Suite applications, and instructional design tools such as Articulate and Captivate.
  • Certifications in individual, team, and leadership development assessments and feedback tools such as MBTI, DiSC , or StrengthsFinder is strongly preferred.
  • Professional certifications are preferred such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and ATD.
  • Must have the ability to drive to our corporate HQ in Buffalo, NY with some overnight stays.
  • Must be able to travel to Delaware North locations throughout the country up to 30%.
