Your Impact:
We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a Program Manager- Buildings, a key member of our Los Angeles, CA office. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be leading a multidiscipline team to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets and help advance our business development plan for growth, as well as utilizing your experience to execute project strategies. You will be responsible for overall project delivery on multiple project assignments (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts). You\xe2\x80\x99ll play an integral role in engaging project client, architect of record, general contractor, among others. Your leadership skills is a key responsibility in fostering collaborative communications and relationships. In this role, you will manage project development experience from programming through completion in accordance with program objectives. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also provide oversight and manage coordination of activities to mitigate risks, issues and ensure deliverables are met.   • Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management
  • 15+ years of Project Construction Management experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing large programs with projects in construction values excess of $100 million
  • Proven experience with facilitating General Contractor-Owner contractor closeout
  • Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building.
Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have:
  • Proven Communications Systems/Network Experience (Land Mobile Radio- LMR and/or Long Term Evolution- LTE)
  • Prior Radio Wave and cell tower experience
  • State (CEQA) and Federal (NEPA) clearances
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
