Job Summary and Qualifications

HCA\xe2\x80\x99s Care Transformation and Innovation (CT&I) team delivers a step change in patient and care team outcomes through clinically led integration of technology into care. The role of the Program Manager is to serve as a generalist supporting one or more products during the discovery, design, testing, and piloting stages of a project. Duties can range from conducting research, developing documents, coordination with facility or vendor partners, drafting/developing program materials, and on-site product support. In addition to support for various project activities, this role will also support on-going work of the internal and external ecosystem in the sense and scan phase of work. It also support the VP of Strategy as needed on special projects. This role reports to the Senior Director of Portfolio and Shared Services. This position requires up to 50% travel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a supplementary project team resource during the design, development, and implementation phases of product development. This role performs duties based on project needs and identified resource gaps. Functional areas in which this role may play include product management, process engineering, clinical analytics, education & training, change management, communications, and business operations.
  • Gather information, conduct research/observations, prepare analysis, plan and coordinate logistics, and develop supporting documents (such as presentations) for a project team under the guidance of an Opportunity Owner or a Core Team Leader. Some project work may occur at an Innovation Location.
  • Work with Strategy team to assist with ecosystem management and tracking. Assignments could include development of requests for information (RFIs), coordination of vendor/product analysis, responding to vendor inquiries, and planning/scheduling vendor product demonstrations.
  • Provide planning, coordination and logistics support for CT&I advisory boards (virtual and on-site)
  • Act as a backup for departmental SharePoint site administration
  • Adhere to CT&I standard operating procedures

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor Degree required/Masters preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
