We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Duties:

• Serve as the program manager typically responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contractoperational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managingteams of contractor personnel at multiple locations.
• Provide overall direction of program activities.
• Manage andmaintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer\'s organization.
• Consult with the clientandcontractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program andproject task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports toshow progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates,
• Overseethe successful completion of all assigned tasks, and assume the initiative and provide support to marketing personnelin identifying and acquiring potential business.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or other relevant discipline;
• 7 years of experience managing large governent programs of 100+ staff and annual value in excess of $50 million
• 3 years working in an Agile environment.
• PMP certification
• Must be a US citizen
• Must live in the Metro DC area
