This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to join our Trusted Mission Processing group as a Program Controls Lead supporting our E-2D program area. The E-2D finance team is looking for a highly motivated individual interested in supporting all aspects of program control. This position requires a dedicated individual who is willing to become involved in and learn all financial aspects of the program area. Follow established standards regarding Raytheon financial policies and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. This individual needs to be a self-starter who can work with little supervision and can find solutions to complicated financial problems.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Support the monthly financial planning forecast / close process (Rplan)

Analyze and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development.

PRISM analysis including analysis and update of MRP drives, impacts of Grouping/Pegging/Distribution, and Material analysis.

Provide financial guidance to Factory Operations Managers, IPT leads, and SCM functions.

Communication of forecast commitments to program team and communication of risk and opportunities to that plan to program leadership.

Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis.

Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes.

Review EAC inputs, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness

Review and analysis of EVM, Funding, and monthly status report Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

Must have a minimum of 8 years\' experience working finance/accounting experience.

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

Working experience in Program Controls with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement.

Experience with Enterprise Value tools within a finance capacity

Experience with SAP Business Systems / BW Modeling Toolset or similar business systems

Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e., pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and PowerPoint

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information within US data systems.

Strong mathematics and analytical skills

Excellent leadership, mentoring and training skills.

Work experience in a production-oriented business

Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment while multi-tasking on several different program issues concurrently.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form.

Program FP&A forecasting (Sales, Bookings, Profit, Cash)

Inquisitive (and acts on it) with strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Experience with current DoD regulations associated with FAR/DFARS/TINA/CAS

Strong self-initiative

Provide continuous improvement and process relating to speed, accuracy, and overall delivery.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
