WAGES/COMPENSATION: -$18- $25 (Movers start at $18 - 20)/Hour based on experience, Drivers start at $22-26 +/Hour based on experience). After the first 2 weeks of proven track record - employees are eligible for pay increase. Incentive pay of an extra $2/hour on top of base pay for employees that meet criteria. -Paid weekly -Cash Tips earned daily ($100-400 average per week)**** -Driving Time/Travel time paid, employees are compensated for all time spent in the truck. -Home every evening - no over the road or overnight stays.
