Reporting to the Leader, Product Delivery, the ASO Implementation and Product Delivery Lead, will assist with managing strategic and operational objectives by assisting with direction and completion of process workflow and program transformation as it relates to the implementation and operationalization of our plan products.

Works in collaboration with leadership and team members of Product Delivery. Responsible for managing and coordinating project tasks for Internal Product Setup and Product Filing processes across the enterprise. Serves as the subject matter expert on building products for new plans/groups or existing products including knowledge of operational needs, membership of plans and regulatory compliance requirements, with focus on ASO, Commercial, and Medicare Line of Business. Continuously works through established channels and processes to collaborate on tasks identified to implement and build new or existing products. Works with internal departments on various tasks for both internal and external utilization. Effectively communicates work status across the enterprise on a regular cadence. Assists in maintaining the product plan/benefit data for the entire Enterprise along with data distribution to the appropriate teams/channels/systems.

Coordinating with Leader, Product Delivery, the individual within this role will oversee and coordinate day to day operations for the team, assist as an additional resource for team members to remove barriers, troubleshoot issues, solution for efficiencies within processes, facilitates team meetings within the business unit, as well as meetings for the various Product Portfolio Filings from planning through execution. Represents Product Delivery on various enterprise initiatives to ensure all requirements are gathered, shared with the team, and fulfilled based on timelines. Acts as an effective change lead for appropriate improvement and efficiencies. Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferred or equivalent in experience and education.
Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum five years\' professional experience in a health-related environment.
  • Must have extensive knowledge and understanding Product Filings and Implementation for ASO, Commercial and Medicare Lines of Business. Superior written and oral communication skills sufficient to interact effectively and productively with business unit team and cross-functional teams, external customers, consultants, and vendors.
Required Skills:
  • Prior experience in ASO/Medicare/Commercial Account Management or Account Coordination preferred.
  • Knowledge, understanding and use of project management tools preferred.
  • Ability to influence both horizontally and vertically within organization to keep organizational and project goals on track.
  • Highly productive with ability to manage multiple assignments with a high level of autonomy and independence.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
  • Desirable Experience: Strong project management and business analysis background preferred.
  • Exceptional skills in organization, critical thinking, and problem solving.
