As a key member of Product Operations and leader of the team driving user enablement, evangelism and success, you will combine strategic and tactical thinking with a deep understanding of how to develop and implement product content that can be rolled out across a diverse set of user groups. We develop, implement and deliver a full range of solutions/products that help internal users achieve their business goals, with a commitment to innovation and continually improving internal applications to drive business results. As a member of CRE Lending Product Team, you will support the development of innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You\'ll join an inspiring and curious, internally focused team, dedicated to improving application design, development, testing and analytics that go into creating high quality software and new products. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of technical professionals responsible for creatively transforming complex information into digestible mediums such as user help guides, release notes, explainer videos, process maps, in addition to formal stakeholder communications.
  • Synthesize large amounts of information in order to inform and make decisions quickly, take risks, course-correct and adapt, and constantly iterate approach
  • Prioritize, direct, and monitor activities of high complexity, and delivering information, insights, and solutions that inform business user groups how to leverage critical applications
  • Partner with agility leads, area product owners, and business representatives to deliver expected business outcomes
  • Conduct internal user interviews and UX research by run research and report on all aspects of user feedback via actionable insights to drive key outcomes
  • Build a library of knowledge, insights, and your book of work to create a center of excellence for our partners and transparency into your team\'s operations, strategy, and accomplishments
  • Use your expertise to identify gaps and needs across the ecosystem along with creating your own roadmap to share with partners
  • Support the implementation of changes to continuously improve product management processes/ framework.
  • Create user-centric content by considering , data, industry best practices, stakeholder feedback, user research and technical constraints / opportunities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • You are a structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
  • You have experience with creating end-user documentation and creative eye catching product-demo videos.
  • You have an ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to all levels of audiences.
  • You use data to inform your thinking; you\'re pragmatic, and contemplate the user\'s perspective ahead of all else, but then couch that into business outcomes.
  • You understand how to measure success and effectively manage through use of KPIs and OKRs.
  • You are an active listener, communicator, negotiator, influencer; You\'re also inclusive, patient, respectful, and respected. Your colleagues admire your skills in story-telling, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • You have experience with Agile software delivery methodologies and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • You are a culture carrier with the ability to champion change and influence people to adopt new ways of performing work by demonstrating effectiveness in interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • You possess the ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate data and identify alternative solutions with a strategic lens.
  • You are comfortable leveraging JIRA and Confluence daily to manage and move priorities forward.
  • You have a sense of urgency, don\'t take things at face value, and are adept at working the matrix in a large organization.
  • You have a habit of thinking of the next steps and how the sequence of events need to unfold. You bring clarity to those around you.
  • 10+ years professional work experience, with 4+ years in a highly technical function, people management, or consulting background.
