Job Description

Cleaning & Maintenance

Perform routine and detailed cleaning of residential or commercial spaces (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, offices) Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces, floors, furniture, and fixtures Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops Wash, dry, fold, or organize laundry (if requested and included in service) Empty trash bins and replace liners

Specialized Cleaning Tasks

Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Perform oven, refrigerator, or appliance cleaning as requested Assist with carpet cleaning, spot treatments, or pet odor removal (if trained) Deep clean tile, grout, and other specialty surfaces

Supplies & Equipment Management

Properly use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and tools Monitor supply levels and notify management when inventory needs restocking Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Customer Service & Professionalism

Arrive on time, in uniform, and follow the company's dress and conduct standards Communicate professionally with clients and address basic questions or concerns Respect client property and maintain confidentiality and trust Report any damages, maintenance issues, or unusual situations to supervisors

Teamwork & Operations Support

Follow daily schedules and checklists provided by the supervisor or operations team Work independently or with a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently Assist in training new team members when needed Provide feedback to improve cleaning processes and customer satisfaction

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
