Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and high integrity part-time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the assigned areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all. This is a part-time role with opportunity to expand as the business grows. Semi-flexible schedule. This role is

5 nights a week

with shifts between 6:00pm and midnight based on your needs/schedule

totaling roughly 18 hours per week

. This part time role is for

Monday thru Friday nights. Monday (4 hour shift), Tuesday (3 hour shift), Wednesday (4 hour shift), Thursday (3 hour shift), and Friday (4 hour shift).

Duties

- Perform standard cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, disinfecting, and vacuuming
- Handle trash removal and disposal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Perform minor maintenance activities related to cleaning such as spot window cleaning

Requirements

- Must have own transportation and driver license
- High integrity with a strong focus on customer service
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services

preferred

- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products

preferred

- Capability to maintain a high level of cleanliness

Job Qualifications

Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be attentive to detail and care about client satisfaction. Must work at an efficient pace. Must demonstrate reliability. Able to lift 35 lbs. Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
