Cleaning Team Lead and Cleaning Department Manager

What you'll do
The Cleaning Associate plays a key role in ensuring Commercial Northwest properties are clean, welcoming, and move-in ready. This position is responsible for detailed cleaning of apartments, hallways, common areas, clubhouses, and business spaces as part of move-in/move-out and ongoing cleaning services. The Cleaning Associate follows established company checklists, supports the Cleaning Team Lead, and contributes to maintaining the high cleaning standards Commercial Northwest is known for.
You will
Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, appliances (inside/out), cabinets, baseboards, fixtures, flooring, doors, walls, and windows.
Follow company checklists to ensure all required cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and consistently.
Arrive on time, prepared for work, and follow direction from the Cleaning Team Lead.
Maintain an organized setup of carts, tools, and cleaning supplies throughout the workday.
Use approved cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with training.
Treat all client spaces, units, and belongings with care and respect.
Report damages, access issues, safety concerns, or unusual conditions promptly to the Cleaning Team Lead.
Assist with documentation, including taking photos, as requested.
Uphold company service standards and represent Commercial Northwest in a professional manner.
What We're Looking For
Previous cleaning or physical labor experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and consistency.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Able to follow checklists, instructions, and feedback.
Comfortable using a smartphone for basic communication, apps, and clock-ins (if applicable).
Able to lift 30-40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
Detail-focused and dedicated to high-quality, thorough work.
Coachable and open to learning and improvement.
Respectful of client property and committed to company standards and values.
