This position provides training to new hires and production employees to ensure that the company meets customers\xe2\x80\x99 demands. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain training plans for all production positions, using multiple medias. 2. Coordinate with Supervisors and Leads to determine training needs for production staff. 3. Develop training plans for individuals and teams to enhance productivity. 4. Assist with orientation of all new hires/assignees as requested. 5. Maintain inventory of orientation and training documents. 6. Monitor social media for job postings and information. Required Qualifications: 1. Must be willing to learn all production positions. 2. Must have advanced skills in PowerPoint and video presentation development. 3. Must be comfortable training groups. 4. Must be an independent worker, able to prioritize company training needs. 5. Must be familiar with social media platforms and comfortable with managing posts. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:
