Production Operator Lead $25.00 HR + Benefits PM Shift 2,2,3 schedule "Up to $1,500 for perfect attendance bonus" This position is responsible for collaborating with the Production Supervisor to assist with daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements. 12 hour shifts. Work full time hours but still get some weekdays off!

What does a Production Operator Lead do?
Responsible for the production line(s)
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods.
Observe work and monitor key indicators to ensure that employees conform to production or processing standards.
Promotes a standard of safety and quality
Completes quality and production reports hourly
Maintains appropriate level of raw materials required by production lines
General housekeeping in all areas of production
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1 year in a leadership role.
1 year of fast-paced or manufacturing experience.
General knowledge of production lines is a plus
Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Physical requirements and work environment:
Physical requirements: To stand for full shift; walk; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
Work environment: Non A/C work area, the noise level is usually moderate.
You should be proficient in:
Lean Manufacturing Principles
Salary info: $25 - $25 / hr
