- 12 hour shifts. Work full time hours but still get some weekdays off!

- Responsible for the production line(s)
- Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods.
- Observe work and monitor key indicators to ensure that employees conform to production or processing standards.
- Promotes a standard of safety and quality
- Completes quality and production reports hourly
- Maintains appropriate level of raw materials required by production lines
- General housekeeping in all areas of production
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year in a leadership role.
- 1 year of fast-paced or manufacturing experience.
- General knowledge of production lines is a plus
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Physical requirements: To stand for full shift; walk; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
- Work environment: Non A/C work area, the noise level is usually moderate.
