What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Serves as the product owner for several electronic banking offerings
  • Assist with the creation of the product roadmap while ensuring cross functional teams and stakeholders are apprised of the direction
  • Analyze the functional requirements to ensure the design approach meets the client, prospective client, and related industry standards
  • Assist with the prioritization of the product backlog and constantly seek process improvements
  • Conduct research and analysis for assigned product/service offerings Assist in the development of product documentation (Product manuals, client product documentation, etc.)
  • Documents internal procedures and methodologies used to implement various solutions
  • Defines/completes business requirements documentation, publish customer enhancements request and confirmed software defects
  • Assist in prioritizing enhancements and other development initiatives.
  • Assist in testing newly developed features and products
  • Assists with new product evaluations, implementations, system enhancements, and upgrades
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred but will consider equivalent work experience or certifications
  • Minimum of two years in banking or financial services, preferably in an implementation, technical, or analyst capacity
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and oral communication
  • Ability to analyze information, formulate conclusions, and provide recommendation(s)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technology
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to multi-task
  • COCC INSIGHT or DNA CORE deposit experience preferable
  • Ability to understand network, security, and software stack concepts
  • Ability to read analyze, interpret, and summarize the content of banking publications, professional or technical journals, and technical procedures
  • Advance analytical skills required
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of relational database is a plus
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $100,000 / year COCC is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
