HR Service Delivery Lead - Content and Training role leads creation, governance of all HR\xe2\x80\x99s content and functional training materials including delivery of job specific training for HR Operations Team Members.

  • Lead sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create training materials, standard operating procedures, and detail instructions for end-to-end processes in HR Operations
  • Lead training sessions for new and existing Team Members in their assigned responsibilities
  • Lead knowledgebase content design and review sessions
  • Lead the effort with HR Service Delivery Knowledge Base system administrator to set publishing and article processing standards
  • Catalog, organize, digitize, and maintain content for the Knowledgebase system
  • Facilitate and routinely conduct training for HR Operations Team Members on systems, processes, and operating procedures
  • Analyze and document business workflows with the SMEs across the functional areas
  • Develop practical knowledge of HR systems and processes and play a key leading role in automating business processes and workflows
  • Create test use cases for new HR systems, releases, and new feature implementations
  • Stay current with software and process changes and enhancements to update training materials and other relevant content
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HR Service Delivery, HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
  • Expertise in summarizing, writing, and communicating complex information in varied easy to understand English in variety of formats
  • Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing)
  • Expertise in documenting business process workflows rules
  • Solutions-oriented, critical thinking, problem-solving, challenging the status quo regularly
  • Essential knowledge of HR Services, Employee Life-Cycle events, and HR systems, including Contact Center Telephony, Service Center Case and Knowledge Management
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management principles, best practices, and process optimization to enhance employee experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse tasks and priorities
  • Resilient and able to navigate changing business requirements and situations positively and productively
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, teamwork, customer service and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
  • Experience in HR service delivery transformation to HR Shared Services
  • Knowledgebase systems, Chatbot, AI experience
  • Industry recognized credentials such as SHRM, HRCI or HR Technology (HRIP)
  • Bilingual \xe2\x80\x93 Spanish and English
