Product Content Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Content Creation: Creating high-quality product communication including whitepapers, videos, documentation, and other content. These would include how-to-guides, adoption guides, compatibility matrices, and other product and technical documents, that are accurate, concise, and easy to understand for customers and end-users.
Product Knowledge: Gaining a deep understanding of the product and its features through close collaboration with product managers, engineers, ecosystem partners, and other stakeholders as well as hand-on use of Jabra\xe2\x80\x99s products in various configurations with partner products and platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Documentation Management: Managing the entire documentation lifecycle, including planning, creating, reviewing, editing, and updating documentation based on product updates, feedback, and customer needs.
Documentation Standards: Applying documentation standards, such as style guides, templates, and branding guidelines, to ensure consistency and professionalism across all product documentation.
Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, engineers, marketing, and customer support, to gather information, validate documentation, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough quality assurance checks on documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Documentation Delivery: Publishing and distributing documentation through appropriate channels, such as product websites, knowledge bases, and customer portals, to make it easily accessible to customers and end-users.
Industry Research: Staying updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor documentation practices to ensure that product documentation remains relevant and effective in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years product content creation or related experience
• Video conferencing domain experience, ideally on the device / hardware side
• 3-5 content samples, either links to published materials or attachments (include with resume on the application).

PAY TRANSPARENCY NOTICE:

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $145,000.00 to $175,000.00. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
