Fusion HCR is Hiring! Contract, Content Specialist. This is supporting a major Casino/Hospitality organization. This role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV
This candidate will assist the Digital Marketing Team in producing and modifying marketing content on websites and applications. They will be responsible for posting promotions, specials, events, and room offers, among other content, on customer-facing portions of the website. They will also provide internal support and training for edits to websites, SEO, and website and digital content best practices. Copywriting, routine website audits, and content calendar updates will be performed as needed.
Responsibilities

• Coordinates with marketing teams for assigned properties to set up promotions, specials, events, room offers, and news items
• Maintains hours, menus, and other page content for assigned properties
• Execute updates to content-managed web pages (imagery, settings, copy, etc.)
• Performs audits and quality assurance to ensure that website information is up to date
• Implements SEO schemas and meta tags across pages to meet content guidelines
• Writes and edits marketing copy as needed for websites and pages
• Assists with setting and maintaining website best practices, content guidelines, and other documents as needed for the company
• Trains assigned properties and other users on the use of the content management system and how to follow best practices
• Liaison to properties to facilitate digital marketing and website needs
• Perform other incidental and related duties as requested and assigned

• 2+ years of experience with content marketing
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with HTML & CSS
• Ability to manipulate images for the web
• Familiarity with copywriting for social posts, product descriptions, or other
• Experience with a CMS system such as Drupal, Sitecore, Joomla, or other
• BS in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, Web Design, or Related Field
• Must be over the age of 21 and able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License

• Understanding of website design or development best practices
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe XD, etc)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Familiarity with ADA Compliance (WCAG) guidelines
