Job Description

Examinetics is hiring a Procurement Coordinator to join our expanding team! This is a full time role based in office at our Griffith, IN location.


As the Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing relationships with partnered clinics and vendors. This includes overseeing pricing contracts, auditing service offerings, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain the existing vendor network through regular audits to verify capabilities and compliance Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and maintain cost efficiency Monitor vendor performance against SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Address and resolve performance or contractual issues proactively Stay updated with industry pricing trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or Equivalent completed Associates Degree preferred 2+ years of related work experience Experience with customer service and problem-solving skills Experience with sorting and filtering data in Excel Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word Healthcare industry experience preferred
