Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN) - Home Health

Location: Vincennes, Indiana
Available Hours: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (8 or 12 hour shifts available-hiring multiple nurses)
Pay: $25-$28/hour, based on experience and license

About the Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

and

Registered Nurses (RNs)

to join our home health team providing

one-on-one private duty care

to a patient in their home. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a patient's daily life while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

Patient Care Needs

The nurse will assist with:

G-tube feedings Medication administration Straight catheterization Range of motion exercises Skin care and monitoring Toileting and personal hygiene assistance Documentation of all care provided

Schedule

Hours available:

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday

Multiple nurses will be hired

to provide full coverage and schedule flexibility Full-time and part-time available

Qualifications

Active

LPN or RN license

in the state of Indiana Current

CPR certification

Experience with G-tube care and catheterization preferred (training available) Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
