The Principal Analyst, HR Analytics serves as the go-to person for our HR team and the business on HR reporting and analytics, and is responsible for the implementation of the HR analytics strategies across the Electronic Systems business segment at BAE Systems, Inc. While this role will support a variety of HR and workforce analytics requests, the primary focus is on analysis efforts related to core talent processes (recruiting, succession, development) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts \xe2\x80\x93 helping us to both monitor and provide proactive research and insights to inform the health of and focus areas related to our BAE ES talent strategies.
The role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, HR Analytics. This position is a can be a fully remote (with travel expectations) or a hybrid role based at any of our major Electronic Systems locations: Nashua, NH (and surrounding area); Cedar Rapids, IA; Huntsville, AL; Austin, TX; Fort Wayne, IN. Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted 100% remotely.
