We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Product Management to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York City, NY.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:
Supporting BNY Mellon\xe2\x80\x99s strategy for delivery of ACH payment services including evaluating market opportunities for competitive service offerings, understanding client needs, managing the profitability of the ACH product and leading the rollout of new service offerings.
Partnering with business leaders to identify gaps in proposed roadmap and services, developing strategies to build or enhance those services, presenting proposed service enhancements to senior leadership.
Working with Marketing team to provide direction for development of collateral materials, advertising, promotional programs and other marketing tools to support the introduction of new products or services.
Serving as ACH subject matter expert to other stakeholders including Sales, Relationship Management, Onboarding, Client Support and Operations. Serve as expert in the ACH Operating Rules and associated Rules and Regulations.
Working with stakeholders to address governance, risk, audit, compliance and other payment related matters.

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
8+ years of total work experience, including Product Management, ACH, payments, digital wallets, virtual cards, etc.
Current Accredited ACH Professional Certification
Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and to proactively identify product opportunities that arise related to business trends and market developments.
Strong project management skills to include organization, planning, and execution with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $98,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
