Registered Nurse - Full Time - Surgery: Pre - OP & Post - OP

Connected Health Care is looking for an experienced, dedicated Surgery Registered Nurse in Waynesboro, GA. Our client is a leading health care provider in the area and is looking for the right individual to join their team.

:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients being admitted for surgery
- Monitor patient vital signs and document changes
- Administer medications, injections and treatments as prescribed
- Provide patient and family education on post-operative care
- Assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure optimal patient care

Education + Certification Requirements:

- Must have an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia
- Must have a minimum of two years of experience in a surgical setting
- Must be BLS certified
- Must have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
