Job Description
The Practice Manager is the foundation of Rock Dental Brands success. Through constant daily monitoring, and weekly reporting, the Practice Manager is Rock Dental Brands front-line supervisor and business manager.
- Through the use of designed management tools, and key metrics track positive and negative trends
- Ensure a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base.
- Provide a leadership style that promotes quality patient care, efficiency of the clinic, and creating great work and patient environment.

- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred)
- CPR Required.
- 5+ years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management
- Proven work history of excellence
