Overview:
LEARN\xe2\x80\x99s Diagnostic Evaluation Practice Manager is a newly created position, that will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our national Autism Testing Services that provides psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations for children. The Practice Manager will work with our staff and contract psychologists and licensed therapists to evaluate clients ages 2 to 10 for autism spectrum disorder. This person will work directly with families, clinicians, and operations staff to provide an exceptional clinical experience while supporting our mission- to find success for every child in our care.


This is a 100% remote position with occasional travel for on-site meetings. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a remote team of 5-10 Intake Associates and Authorizations Coordinators who support the Diagnostic Evaluation team in WI, MA, IL, NC, and other states
  • Hiring and training team members in key geographies
  • Providing coverage for each team member as needed
  • Drive KPIs to evaluate overall performance of the team as well as individual performance
  • Monthly reporting of KPIs to key internal stakeholders and department heads
  • Utilize CRM software and Central Reach to track client progress through departmental processes
  • Create communication pipelines between various operations supports (intake associates, authorization coordinators)
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve claims and payment issues
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and key competitors
Qualifications:
  • HS diploma required, BA degree preferred
  • 5+ years of administrative experience (healthcare or related industry preferred)
  • Understanding of health insurance processes
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Ability to travel domestically on occasion
  • Customer/Client relationship focused
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop and present key information to a variety of audiences
