With Locations in Centerville, Layton, Morgan, Ogden, Logan, Pleasant View, Idaho AND Montana, We need experienced individuals to lead our teams! If you have previous sales experience in Automotive and/or Powersports, this is a great opportunity. You must have a proven track record of successfully leading teams. + Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach their maximum potential + Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group
+ Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time
+ Commit to grow professionally and personally
+ Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
+ Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
+ Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
+ Manage productivity
+ Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
+ Actively participate in effective training and development meetings

+ Knowledge of powersports and variable operations
+ Demonstrated success as a trainer
