The Role
We're hiring a
Sales Manager
to lead our showroom to the next level. You'll own the sales process end-to-end--coaching a small team, dialing in inventory & merchandising, tightening follow-up and CRM usage, and hitting monthly volume and gross targets while keeping CSI high.
What You'll Do

Recruit, train, and motivate a winning sales team; run daily huddles and weekly 1:1s.
Own the Process:
Standardize a consistent road-to-the-sale, trade-in appraisal workflow, and structured follow-up cadence (phone/text/email).
CRM Discipline:
Ensure every lead and up is logged and worked (e.g., Lightspeed/DMS + CRM); maintain 48-hour follow-up standards.
Merchandising:
Optimize showroom layout, pricing displays, tags, and digital listings (photos/descriptions that sell).
Inventory & Turns:
Partner with ownership on ordering/allocations, aging inventory plans, and promotions.
Targets & Reporting:
Manage monthly forecasts, deal margins, F&I & accessories attachment, and close rates; provide weekly scorecards.
Customer Experience:
Keep CSI top-tier; resolve issues quickly and professionally.
