The Role

We're hiring a

Sales Manager

to lead our showroom to the next level. You'll own the sales process end-to-end--coaching a small team, dialing in inventory & merchandising, tightening follow-up and CRM usage, and hitting monthly volume and gross targets while keeping CSI high.

What You'll Do

Lead & Coach:

Recruit, train, and motivate a winning sales team; run daily huddles and weekly 1:1s.

Own the Process:

Standardize a consistent road-to-the-sale, trade-in appraisal workflow, and structured follow-up cadence (phone/text/email).

CRM Discipline:

Ensure every lead and up is logged and worked (e.g., Lightspeed/DMS + CRM); maintain 48-hour follow-up standards.

Merchandising:

Optimize showroom layout, pricing displays, tags, and digital listings (photos/descriptions that sell).

Inventory & Turns:

Partner with ownership on ordering/allocations, aging inventory plans, and promotions.

Targets & Reporting:

Manage monthly forecasts, deal margins, F&I & accessories attachment, and close rates; provide weekly scorecards.

Customer Experience:

Keep CSI top-tier; resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Cross-Dept Rhythm:

Coordinate with Parts/Accessories and Service for smooth deliveries, aftermarket add-ons, and reconditioning.
What You Bring

3+ years in retail

powersports, marine, auto, or RV

sales leadership (or top-performing senior salesperson ready to step up). Proven record of hitting unit volume, gross, and attachment goals. Strong coaching presence, accountability mindset, and comfort with high activity standards. CRM/DMS fluency (Lightspeed or similar), excellent phone/text etiquette, and solid writing for follow-ups. Clean driving record; ability to load/unload units for test drives and events.
Nice to Have

Local market knowledge and vendor relationships. Experience with trade appraisals, F&I products, and accessories upsell. Social media/marketplace listing savvy that drives quality leads.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + commission + team bonus
