MORTGAGE ASSISTANT

Daily Duties:

-Process and track appraisal deposits, reconcile the appraisal account and pay appraisers

-Process loan applications that do not proceed

-Receive and scan closing package, prepare file for upload and deliver to 2nd market investors

-Reconcile purchase advice and incoming wires, post entries in Precision, complete MERS and FHA transfers

Skills & Qualifications:

-1 year of experience working in banking/mortgage OR Bachelors Degree

-Professionalism

-Strong communication skills

-Processing or banking experience

Shift:

Monday-Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay:

$18/hr
