The Challenge: Are you passionate about helping organizations select and manage talent effectively? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize government services to increase mission focus? You will use your expertise in workforce transformation, client consulting, and strategic human resource management to examine complex organizations through an innovation perspective. You will be regularly asked to apply problem solving expertise to help analyze workforce policies, procedures, and tools to support transformation efforts for the Federal Government. You will consult government leaders on talent management and make recommendations for improving human capital and change management practices. Empower change with us! You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with talent management or human resources
• Experience with position classification within the Federal Government
• Experience as a consultant to hiring managers in providing HR services and conducting detailed analyses of complex functions within serviced organizations
• Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
• Experience with writing and editing position descriptions for the Federal Government
• Knowledge of analytical methods and techniques to design and conduct comprehensive HR studies that are broad and difficult, in order propose solutions to HR problems
• Ability to apply the full range of position classification principles, concepts, practices, and techniques sufficient to advise top managers in developing position descriptions
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

• Experience with change management, process improvement, strategic recruiting, culture change, or mid-to-large-scale transformation
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Master\'s degree
• Change Management, Human Capital, Process Improvement, or Project Management certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\xe2\x80\x99s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\xe2\x80\x99s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
