Corteva is searching for a qualified and experienced Policy, Governance & Outreach Sr. Analyst who will report to the Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering Lead. This individual will understand and engage in the cybersecurity outreach and awareness as well as educational programs. The analyst will work closely with a cross section of enterprise processionals, business users, executives, information risk management, IT professionals, and security architects.

Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow?

  • Execute the outreach program to promote the ISPA brand within Corteva and build awareness for cybersecurity capabilities, resources, and services.
  • Advise and assist with the implementation of a cybersecurity awareness and training program for multiple audiences based on business and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with the Cybersecurity Operations Command and Control team to plan, setup, execute, and review results of the data driven corporate phishing email awareness campaign.
  • Formulate and deliver communications and events from security to the business (ie emails, posts, posters, events, Yammer, Cybersecurity Awareness Month).
  • Create and deliver status updates for Policy, Governance, and Outreach activities.
  • Deploy executive level training to top executives within the company on specific leadership-grade cyber threats.
  • Provide guidance on cybersecurity policies, process and standards which are required for the successful implementation of cybersecurity strategies within the organization.
  • Execute governance processes for managing the policy and standards lifecycle (e.g., policy and standards creation, review, approval, exception requests, maintenance, policy feedback and improvement processes, etc.).
Qualifications

Skills and Experience - What You will Bring to the Table!
  • Educational requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Management, Cybersecurity, Education, or other related fields or applicable experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with IT and/or Information Security risks, GRC, policies, standards, controls, processes and procedures.
  • Experience and passion for Cybersecurity Awareness Training and sharing information to help others build strong cybersecurity behaviors.
  • Familiarity with COPIT, NIST, CSF, ISO27001, PCI, DSS, OWASP, CIS, etc.
  • Ability to lead and build collaborative partnerships with all areas of the company to align missions and reach multiple goals.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Flexible and creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Other Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA Security+.
  • CISM - Certified Information Security Manager.
  • CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor.
  • CGEIT - Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT.
