Summary / Objectives




Lead and oversee all aspects of production, shipping, maintenance, and facilities operations through a team of skilled supervisors and leads. Drive operational excellence, safety, and efficiency to achieve company production and financial goals. Implement strategic initiatives aligned with Pelco's growth and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations across production, shipping, maintenance, and facilities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and on-time delivery while reducing costs, scrap, and rework. Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage manufacturing resources including staffing, space planning, equipment, tooling, and capital expenditures within budget. Develop and execute both short- and long-term operational plans to support corporate objectives. Monitor performance metrics and deliver timely, accurate reports on operational results. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver superior service to internal and external customers. Provide leadership through mentoring, training, performance management, and clear communication. Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality at assigned work location. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications



Required:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred). 10+ years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing and Distribution Operations. 5+ years of leadership experience in organizational development, personnel management, budgeting, and strategic planning. High Proficiency with ERP systems. (NetSuite/Oracle native a Plus) Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Physical Demands:



Standing and walking for long periods of time. Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Lifting up to 40lbs unassisted and occasionally lift and/or move heavier items utilizing a team lift. Repetitive use of hands/motion and have manual dexterity, finger dexterity, and multi-limb coordination. Use of appropriate personal protective equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection, respirator mask, coveralls. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

This position requires both office and production environments. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, in office setting, to loud in production area. While performing the duties of this job in the production area, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-Time. Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00AM - 5:00PM with Friday and/or weekend work, as required. Hours are subject to change at any time.

Travel:

Minimal travel is expected for this position.
