We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pizza Trainer/Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional food service and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food preparation, restaurant management, and staff training. Responsibilities



Train and mentor staff on pizza preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, and customer service standards Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth workflow Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Supervise food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to safety regulations Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, kitchen management, and hospitality best practices Monitor food safety compliance and sanitation standards across the restaurant Assist with budgeting, cost control, and overall food service management Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members to build a strong workforce Manage restaurant operations during shifts, including supervising staff performance and resolving customer issues

Experience



Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food environments Extensive background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management Prior experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Demonstrated leadership in staff training, development, and team management Background in hospitality management or hotel/banquet service is advantageous Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols in casual dining or fine dining settings Strong understanding of the food industry standards for quality assurance and customer satisfaction Previous roles involving supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings are highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
