Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate
Pizza Maker
to join their dedicated kitchen team in
Stuart, Florida
. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced restaurant where you'll work alongside a supportive team, develop your culinary skills, and enjoy opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas according to the restaurant's menu standards.
Stretch and hand-toss pizza dough to the proper size and thickness.
Prepare ingredients by cutting, slicing, and grating as needed.
Assemble pizzas with sauce, cheese, and toppings while ensuring consistency and presentation.
Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure each pizza is cooked to perfection.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, equipment, and kitchen area.
Stock and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.
Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely orders.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of hand-tossed pizza-making experience
in a fast-paced restaurant.
Ability to work efficiently in a
high-volume, high-temperature environment
with limited space.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Valid
Food Handler's Certification
required.

Saturday:
11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Sunday:
11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Monday - Thursday:
3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Friday:
3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
