Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our prestigious law firm. Our ideal candidate will be able to handle several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in all types of personal injury cases as well as having trial experience and demonstrate proficiency in legal research and documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research to support personal injury cases. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including personal injury law and relevant regulations. Experienced in slip and fall accidents; Federal Court experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,500.00 - $145,500.00 per year
