Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join a nationwide law firm that is quickly growing and looking to add to their team in Colorado Springs.

Duties

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments. Review, evaluate, and prepare cases for trial. Prepare legal documents, including complaints, responses to motions to dismiss (MTD), and motions for summary judgment (MSJ). Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods. Prepare for and attend depositions, gathering crucial information for cases. Prepare and respond to discovery requests and address any associated issues. Attend court hearings to represent clients and present legal arguments. Maintain consistent communication and provide updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged.

Skills

Admitted to the Colorado Bar Experience in personal injury law
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
