Personal Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible)

A Slidell Skin Clinic is seeking a dependable, proactive personal assistant to support both business operations and light home needs as the company continues to grow. This is a part-time role with flexible, fluctuating hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to build alongside a business owner.

This position supports the day-to-day flow of a luxury med spa while also assisting the owner with essential tasks that keep both work and home running smoothly. No two weeks look the same, and flexibility is key.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily spa operations and client flow Cleaning the treatment room, restocking product, and organization of the spa Running local errands and picking up supplies or orders Helping prepare for busy days, promotions, or events Client support tasks as needed Occasional assistance with light home-related errands or organization Situational support with the owner's children if a babysitter is unavailable (not routine childcare) More responsibilities as roles grows at the discretion of both parties
Schedule details:

Part-time with flexible hours | Some weeks are lighter, others are busier Some weekend availability (occasionally) is required Ideal for someone comfortable with evolving needs and priorities
Compensation & perks:

$15/hour starting pay Performance-based bonuses and occasional commissions Mileage reimbursement for approved errands Opportunity to grow with the business as responsibilities expand

Pay: $15.00 per hour
