Kona Coffee Purveyors is an established and growing cafe in the heart of Waikiki. Our company is seeking an organized, hardworking, professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer as he maintains the business.
The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a dynamic environment. This position requires professionalism, precision, and the propensity to maintain composure under pressure whilst prioritizing an acute attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO and the cafe
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, correspondence, and logistics
Support strategic initiatives and new ventures, including research, vendor engagement, and operational coordination
Oversee key projects, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of deliverables
Streamline processes and enhance executive workflow
Qualifications
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience in bookkeeping
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Discretion, professionalism, and integrity in handling confidential matters
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms
