We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide personal care and support for individuals with various needs, including those with Alzheimer's and dementia. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client health status. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Assist with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care strategies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, hospice care, or assisted living is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus. Familiarity with patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility or transfers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
