Caregiver/Personal Assistant
Assist residents by supporting personal hygiene and daily living needs.

Caregiver Assistant Job Duties:

Provide residents' personal hygiene, assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths. Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, ambulating. Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering residents' pendents and requests. Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures. Protects organization's value by keeping resident information confidential.
Caregiver Skills and Qualifications:

Multi-tasking, Teamwork, Bedside Manner, Infection Control, Nursing Skills, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Informing Others, Judgment, Pain Management. Must have at least 1 year experience.

Looking for 1st shift (7a-3p) and 2nd shift (3-9 or 3-11). Must be able to work weekends also.
