PROEDGE Precision, A G&B Energy Company, is looking for a

Perforating Machine Operator

to join our team as we add additional positions on first and second shift.

What You'll Do

As a Perforating Machine Operator, you will:

Operate Perforating Machine Presses through hands-on machining. Operate a variety of hand tools and supporting equipment. Troubleshooting part dimension deviations from blueprint tolerance due to tool wear, offset adjustment, climate change, etc. Inspecting product to ensure product is manufactured to customer specifications. Recognize and solve problems, which affect manufacturing plans including cycle times, quality, and equipment performance. Assist Leadership with production issues as necessary. Communicate with the Leadership on needs of equipment, tools, materials, etc. as needed to ensure performance and completion of assigned tasks. Consistently provide quality work and an above average finished product within Company standards and customer specifications. Adhere to Standards of Operation for the Manufacturing Department Adhere to all safety practices, policies and procedures. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in line with

What You Bring to the Team:

Must have skills & experience

Ability to safety and effectively operate perforating machines/equipment as well as a sit-down propane Forklift. Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, programs, manufacturing instructions and work orders. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Resilient, with a positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work to specifications and exhibit extremely high attention to detail. Be detailed, quality and safety oriented. Cost reduction minded individual seeking continuous improvement.
What Makes You Stand Out

At least

2 years' experience

in the operation of perforating press machines in a manufacturing environment. Strong math and measurement skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This role involves:

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
