We are seeking a creative and solution-oriented People Operations Business Partner to join our growing team. This individual will work in conjunction with the People Operations team and stakeholders to support core areas of culture/community engagement, onboarding, recruitment, total rewards, and L&D. This role reports directly to the Manager of People Operations.

We are a remote-first workforce but are giving priority to candidates currently based on the east coast due to our core business hours (9am-5pm ET) and collaborative efforts as an organization. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing for the team

  • Support the continued growth of our community, through the creation and curation of fun and engaging opportunities that build lasting relationships for employees across the business.
  • Own the onboarding of new LM employees, ensuring that new team members alike have a positive experience.
  • Support recruitment by collaborating with the Senior Corporate Recruiter to maintain job boards and pages, assist with scheduling of panel interviews and debriefs, and contribute to sourcing efforts for high-priority searches.
  • Contribute to employer brand activities by working with the Senior Corporate Recruiter to plan and execute the release of targeted content and social messaging.
  • Partner with the Manager of People Operations to build out and scale a total rewards program that engages employees Build out and scale our internal resources hubs (confluence, LM Internal) to house key information that is readily available to employees and managers alike.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of employee learning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with People Ops, and other cross-functional team members, to develop, iterate and improve People team processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

About you and the skills you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

  • 3+ years of related People Operations experience supporting core fu.nctions
  • At least 1+ of recruitment experience, onboarding experience is a plus
  • Experience with employee experience/cultural engagement
  • Bachelor\'s degree required
  • Passion for creating a positive employee experience and driving organizational success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to successfully build rapport with peers, management, and candidates.
